The phaser effect is another common method of producing an uncommon sound. In this process, the signal is divided, a portion of it is filtered with the help of an all-pass filter to create a phase-shift, and then the filtered and unfiltered signals are mixed. The phaser effect, initially, used to be an easier discharge of the flanger effect as delays were hard to apply with the help of analog devices. Phasers are usually used to give an electronic or artificial effect to natural sounds, like human speech. The voice of C-3PO from Star Wars was produced by recording the voice of the actor and treating it with a phaser.

The term “video game” means an electronic game which involves direct interaction with a user and generates visual output on any visual device. The systems used to play video games are called platforms. Examples of platforms are personal computers and video gaming consoles like Play Station, X-Box, etc.

Video games use a variety of ways to make the game interesting for the user and to provide the user with information. This is where audio steps in.

AIR (Associated Independent Recording) studios now has three branches in various parts of the globe and is one of the most successful sound recording studios in the world. It had studios in London and the Caribbean. The Caribbean studio, on the island of Monsterrat, was constructed in the mid 1970s.

A chorus effect takes place when separate sounds with almost similar timbre and virtually identical pitch converge and are professed as one and the same. Though, identical sounds coming from numerous sources may happen naturally, it could also be replicated by means of a signal processing device or an electronic effects unit.

The chorus effect could be replicated using signal processing equipment. The signal processor could be an analog effect processor, software operating on a PC or any ROM-encoded effect in a digital effect processor.
